The holiday season is just around the corner! To make this year even more special, we want to feature children’s artwork on Surrey Hospital Foundation’s holiday card.
Contest Guidelines:
- Designs must be created on plain white paper, 8.5 x 11 inches
- Design images may be resized or cropped to fit onto our 5.7 inch greeting card
- Use bold colours created with markers, wax crayon, pencil crayon, or paint
- The selected design(s) and the illustrator’s name/photo will be featured on Surrey Hospital Foundation’s holiday card and digital networks
- In your entry, please include the parent and child’s names, along with your contact details
Submission:
- Please mail or drop off your entry at Surrey Hospital Foundation (13750 96th Ave [North Entrance], Surrey, BC) open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Entries must be submitted by October 15, 2019
