Help everyone in Surrey access world-class
chronic disease health care.

When someone close to you faces a chronic condition, we’ll be there — for life. But we need you to stand alongside us. It will take all of us investing in our community’s health — from education and prevention, to early and accurate diagnosis, to the highest quality of ongoing care.

HERE’S WHAT YOUR SUPPORT WILL MAKE POSSIBLE

Help people live longer, stronger, more satisfying lives
in the face of chronic illness.

With you beside us, we will be there, delivering world-class health care for every family touched by chronic disease in our community. With your help, neighbours will go back to work, enjoy their retirement, tend to their garden or their grandchildren, without letting chronic illness stop them. Because chronic illness may be for life, but it shouldn’t stop anyone from living.

You’re helping people live
beyond chronic pain.

Your heartfelt support powers 50+ specialist outpatient clinics that help those living with chronic illness lead healthy, comfortable, and meaningful lives. Among them is the Chronic Pain Clinic at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, helping 2,000+ patients a month to relieve pain and reclaim their lives through compassionate care and state-of-the-art interventions.

“This may not seem like much, but I’m looking forward to going fishing with my grandchildren. After I’ve been sitting in my recliner for three years, afraid to move from pain.” – Roger, grateful patient

You’re bringing cardiac care
closer to home.

When someone is facing a cardiovascular condition, every minute and every mile counts. With your support, two brand new cardiac catheterization labs are slated to open this fall at Surrey Memorial Hospital, enabling immediate diagnosis and screening to prevent heart disease and stroke, saving and changing lives.

“If there’s one message for the community —it’s to rally and donate to this amazing cause. Because I think it will be something that will be life-changing for our community. It’ll give us all a chance to be with our loved ones and have more time with them.” – Aileen, daughter of a SMH patient

Help us be there. For life.
